    IF you are unwilling to get uncomfortable then you can’t expect the changes to come from the things you won’t do.

    You must shift mindset, be willing to learn and IMPLEMENT ACTION.

  • Like all things…good things take time. Give yourself 6 months to acclimate and adjust to any new changes. Tracking daily and weekly have a higher success rate than those who don’t.

    Be patient, be committed and be willing to make changes along the way.

    Patience in the short term will pay big dividends in the long term.
